About the creator

Hello all, and welcome! My name is Carolyn and health, and nutrition are passions of mine. It didn't always used to be that way though. As a teenager and young adult, I faced numerous challenges in my relationship with food, which led to frequent illness and a constant feeling of being tired. However, that changed when I met my husband, who happens to be a type 1 diabetic. Together, we embarked on a journey to redefine our approach to eating and living, with the goal of creating a healthy environment for our children. 

 

As a busy mom on a budget, I understand the struggles of ensuring that everyone in the family eats well and gets enough exercise. Thats why I've put in the effort to develop a holistic and sustainable lifestyle that works for us. Now, I'm thrilled to share my experiences and knowledge with you.

 

I believe that it's important to approach health and wellness with realistic goals, rather than feeling pressured to go all-in or nothing at all. Through my blog, I aim to provide practical advice and support to help you live your best, healthiest life.
